The Name’s Bond 007 Prize Pack Competition February 2024

Promoter details:
The Promoter is: Smooth Ops (ABN 64 307 724 836) of registered address 5 Hardy Place Kambah, ACT 2902.

Eligible winners:
Employees, associates and family members of the Promoter are not eligible to become winners in the competition.

Entry to the competition:
a. To enter the competition, the entrant must purchase a ticket to The Name’s Bond: The Music of 007 being held at the Canberra Southern Cross Club on Saturday 23 March 2024.
b. The entrant must quote their row letter and seat number when entering the competition to prove a ticket has been purchased. The Promoter reserves the right to cross-check entries.
c. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
d. Tickets must be purchased via the official ticketing website, Ticketek.

Competition closing date:
a. Entries will close at 9am on Thursday 7 March 2024.
b. No entries will be accepted after the closing date and time.

Prize draw
a. The winner will be drawn on the date that entries close, Thursday 7 March 2024.
b. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries using an online randomised tool.

Prize details:
a. The prize is a set of items from the official 007 Store (http://007store.com) including 1 x The Best of Bond ... James Bond double cd set, 1 x set of theory11 James Bond playing cards and 1 x James Bond Villains bone china mug.
b. The prize is not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable for cash, show tickets or any other item.
c. Prize includes shipping to the winner’s nominated shipping address.

Redeeming of the prize:
a. The winner will be notified on the competition closing date, Thursday 7 March 2024.
b. The winner must be contactable via email and/or phone to be notified of their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the prize draw, or a response claiming the prize is not received, another winner will be drawn at random.
c. The winner must supply a current valid shipping address in order to receive the prize or arrange to collect the prize from the Promoter.
d. The Promoter and all partners associated with the competition take no responsibility for the prize getting delayed or lost in transit, or otherwise unable to be delivered to the winner, and no replacement of the prize will be offered.

a. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
b. The Promoter’s decision in all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
c. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
